There are three principal benefits of using a liquid over tablets:

1/ Nutrient quantity – the amount of each ingredient is greater
2/ Nutrient bioavailability – the body absorbs nutrients far more efficiently from a liquid
3/ Ease of consumption – simple to drink (and tasty!)

1/ With tablets, it is only possible to get up to around 1,000mg of nutrients in a single tablet. That would be a large tablet.  Hence most tablets have a low quantity of each nutrient per tablet and require people to take two or three tablets, especially for joint supplements.  If someone wants a spectrum of nutrients, they must take a cocktail of tablets.

A liquid is superior because it allows for more of each nutrient to be included in a single serving, along with a wider spectrum of nutrients.

2/ Sports science shows that nutrients enter the blood stream far quicker when they are dissolved in a liquid.

3/ Consumption – taking tablets can be cumbersome and awkward.  With a liquid it is easy to consume and has the added benefit of being a tasty experience also.

Yes.  The most common combinations are Cartonica with Vitaliti and Cutizana with Vitaliti.  However, some people do take all three products.

The body will typically use what it needs and discharge any excess nutrients, notably with water-soluble nutrients (the nutrients dissolve in water) such as B vitamins.

Vitamin C – We do not advise people to take a separate Vitamin C product or exceed a daily dose of 1,000mg.

Vitamin D – Vitamin D is a fat soluble nutrient meaning it can be stored in body fat.  There are scientific debates globally about optimum daily dose levels.  However at the upper limits it is not recommended to have more than 4,000 IU Vitamin D – see NHS guidance page.

Cartonica and Vitaliti both contain more than the minimum recommended daily amounts and in combination are well below toxic levels.  See label for each product for more details.

Each bottle comes with a measuring cap.  You take 15ml and you can drink the products neat (undiluted) or diluted in water.

There are no rules as to when you should take the products.  Most people will take them in the morning, either before or during breakfast.  People taking combinations of supplements sometimes spread the intake to different times.

For best results, supplements should be taken daily.  If your diet has been lacking nutrients, we hope that you will start feeling the effects within a week, notably with Vitaliti.

Cartonica and Cutizana support the tissues and can take longer to have an effect.  It is recommended to use these supplements for two to three months to allow the body to make use of the nutrients.

Some people will notice changes sooner.  And of course, we acknowledge that supplements may not bring about change for all.  That is why we have a money back guarantee.

PayPal vs Credit Card

Managing a subscription is much easier if you use a credit or debit card rather than PayPal. Our card service is through Stripe, a global payment services provider and is integrated with subscriptions.

PayPal is a little clunky. Cancelling is straight forward. But when pausing or changing a subscription with PayPal, the link between subscription and payment does not allow for simultaneous adjustment of payment and order.

This means changes are usually made by cancelling a subscription and making a new one. If PayPal suits you best, use PayPal. But we let you know.

Frequency

We give several options for the intervals between bottles. The choice depends if you take supplements daily or if you sometimes miss days in which case a longer interval between deliveries may work best for you.

Simply select which option suits you and we can always alter the frequency if you need products more or less frequently.

Our liquid supplements have a shelf life of two years (24 months).  Store your unopened bottles in a cool dry place.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within two months.

On each product page you can see images of the ingredients.  You can also read descriptions of each nutrient with references to published research.

We encourage everyone to compare the quantity of nutrients in the supplements they are taking with what is in our brands.

You may have a very specific requirement but generally, you will find that our brands have a greater variety and greater quantity of nutrients per single serving than any other supplements.
