We want you to love our products and to be comfortable with your purchase decision.

If you try our products and you are not completely satisfied with the product, we will refund your purchase price.

Please note: REFUND IS LIMITED TO ONE BOTTLE PER ADDRESS AND HOUSEHOLD and claim must be made within 60 days of your purchase.

How to get a refund

To obtain a refund, please email us at info@clinicnutrition.co.uk stating your original order number. We will send you a refund reference number (RRN).

We ask you to return the empty bottle and we will provide you with the address where to send it.  Refund will be made within 10 days of receipt of the bottle.  The money back guarantee is intended to allow individuals to try our products, to confirm that the taste suits and that the individual is happy with the nutrients.

As a consumable, we do not offer a money back guarantee on multiple purchases.

Note: This Offer is given in good faith.  It is limited to individuals and only one refund will be issued per request; bulk requests and requests made by businesses, groups, clubs or organisations will not be accepted. Clinic Nutrition Ltd shall not be responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, illegible or postage due requests or mail.
