If you try any of our brands and do not feel benefit or enjoy it within 45 days of purchase, we will refund your purchase price.

We get very few refund requests, but we recognise that customer experiences do vary and no product can be to everyone’s preference.

This gives you time to enjoy a month’s supply and to experience the effects.

Money Back Promise

Our no quibble Money Back Promise is limited to one bottle per address and household and the refund request is valid for 45 days from your date of purchase.  That gives you time to use the product for a full month.

How to get a refund

To obtain a refund, please email us at info @ clinicnutrition.co.uk stating your original order number or use the contact form on our contact us page.

We do not offer a money back promise on multi-purchases or the triple pack.

Please Note: This promise is given in good faith so that you can try the product you feel meets your needs with peace of mind and confidence.

We do limit it to individuals and only one refund will be issued per request.  Bulk requests and requests made by businesses, groups, clubs or organisations are not accepted unless the goods are somehow faulty. Thank you.
