Subscription Service

• The Clinic Nutrition subscription service enables you as a Customer to benefit from discounted prices and an automatic shipment of products, at a frequency and in quantities based on your preferences.
• Subscription products will be shipped automatically and your payment method will be charged on the same date that products are dispatched.
• By placing your order you authorise Clinic Nutrition to charge your card or payment method for future orders.
• You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time. The subscription remains in place until cancelled or modified.
• To cancel a subscription email us at orders @ clinicnutrition.co.uk with your order details or call Customer Services us on 01279 510552.
• If payment is not received, the subscription will be cancelled.
• Clinic Nutrition may terminate your subscription without notice. In the event of cancellation, you will only be charged for any products that have been shipped to you.

Our Results Guarantee

• If you try any of our brands and do not feel benefit or enjoy it within 45 days of purchase, we will refund your purchase price.
• We get very few refund requests, but we recognise that customer experiences do vary and no product can be to everyone’s preference.

Money Back Promise

• Our no quibble Money Back Promise is for one bottle per address and household and the refund request is valid for 45 days from your date of purchase. That gives you time to use the product for a full month.

How To Get a Refund

• To obtain a refund, please email us at info @ clinicnutrition.co.uk stating your original order number (details will be on your order confirmation).
• We do not offer a money back promise on multi-purchases or the triple pack.
• If you product is damaged or faulty in any way, send us a photo and we will issue a refund.

Our Delivery Service

• UK & Channel Islands – Free Delivery. We ship all of our products by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery.
• Orders received before 2pm are shipped same day. Orders received after 2pm may be shipped same day or next day.
• Please allow 2 to 3 working days, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands may be slightly longer.
• We track orders. In the event of an issue we will send you a replacement by 24 hours tracked delivery.
• Europe, USA & International – We’re really sorry but we do not ship to other countries because of customs challenges with importing liquids.
