We want you to enjoy our products. In the rare instance that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 45 days of receipt using the Contact Us form below or reply to your order confirmation email..

We are easy to deal with and will ensure you are fully satisfied.

Issuing refunds

We have a no quibble refund policy.  We will reimburse the price you have paid for the product or products onto the credit or debit card with which you paid.  We do not ask you to send the product back since it is opened.

Reporting a problem

If there is any sort of problem with your order, just contact our Customer Service Team.

Call 01279 510 552, use Contact Us form below or reply to your order confirmation email. If you can quote your order number, that will be helpful and give details of the problem with the order. We will come back to you within 1 working day and will do our best to resolve it promptly. (the office is open Monday to Friday in working hours).

Please note: it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a resend. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request. If you request a refund on two separate orders, we may refuse a refund on the 2nd request. You can request a refund by using our Contact Us form below.
