You can pause, cancel or change the frequency of your subscription at any time. We really don’t like it when companies make us jump through hoops to change our subscriptions!

PayPal Vs Credit Card

Managing a subscription is much easier if you use a credit or debit card rather than PayPal. Our card service is through Stripe, a global payment services provider and is integrated with subscriptions.

PayPal is a little clunky. Cancelling is straight forward. But when pausing or changing a subscription with PayPal, the link between subscription and payment does not allow for simultaneous adjustment of payment and order.

This means changes are usually made by cancelling a subscription and making a new one. If PayPal suits you best, use PayPal. But we just let you know.

Frequency

We give several options for the intervals between bottles. The choice depends if you take supplements daily or if you sometimes miss days in which case a longer interval between deliveries may work best for you.

Simply select which option suits you and we can always alter the frequency if you need products more or less frequently.
